AMERICAN DIY PATIO COVERS

 Robert Ponce, owner and operator of American DIY Patio Covers, started working in the industry after his service in the United States Army. Robert started as an entry-level laborer, doing shovel work, and with lots of work ethic and attention to detail, continued to obtain higher positions, eventually becoming a full-fledged contractor. Robert currently holds a California State Contractor’s License for D03 awnings, C-53 pool construction, and C-27 landscaping. Robert is also a Structural Masonry Inspector, certified through the ICC (International Code Council), and a Concrete Field Technician, certified through the ACI (American Concrete Institute).

    In his over 25 years of experience, Robert has worked in all aspects of the construction field, and is a true believer in American DIY Patio Cover products, including Alumawood (aluminum, which has been painted, embossed, and manufactured to resemble wood). Here’s a quote from Robert:
